Boarding Agreement

Please fill out a Contract and Behavior form; one per pet.

Cancellation Policy:  

For Boarding Reservations: cancellations within 72 hours of the start date are subject to 50% cancellation fee of scheduled reservation.

Same day cancellations are subject to 100% cancellation fee of scheduled reservation.

For Holiday Boarding Reservations: cancellation windows are allotted based on the duration of booked stay. You have however many nights you are booked, doubled, to cancel in advance with no penalty. If it is within the window it is a 50% fee. For example: If you are scheduled for 3 nights, you have 6 nights in advance to cancel.

Holidays are all peak periods including but not limited to all federal holidays, school breaks (Fall, Winter, and Spring), etc.

Same day cancellations are subject to 100% cancellation fee of scheduled reservation.

By signing our contract form below, you are agreeing to this policy.

If your pet is a senior or 10 years of age or older, please fill out a rainbow bridge agreement for boarding and grooming services.

Please fill out a Grooming form.
