Unfortunately we are no longer offering tours as it has become increasingly stressful and disorienting for our guests to have strangers invading their privacy and comfort... Please use this page to get a feel for what our facility looks like, but we strongly recommend you check out our Instagram for in time videos and photos that give you a better sense of what sets us apart here at The Cottage! 

We understand how important it is to physically see, hear, and smell the place you are trusting to leave your pets. Check out our 5 star google reviews mentioning our stellar cleanliness. (Seriously, all we do is clean clean clean). Ask us about our 100% illness-free record! That is pretty unheard of in this industry and even after the mystery illness of 2023, we still have a squeaky clean history (no pun intended). Our intense dedication and protocols really do work, and they are what is keeping your pets healthy and safe while they stay here with us. 

In all of my dogs' best interests.... I have a limited barking policy. Dogs are dogs, of course, but there is a difference between normal chat and an anxious frenzy that is extremely disruptful for our other guests. In that case scenario, there is something deeper going on and I work with the parents to find a solution to help our furry friend have a more pleasurable experience. There are many other facilities with rows and rows of kennels in a big warehouse building where the noise and chaos even gives me anxiety! Therefore, barking at the Cottage is kept at a minimum. While outside, they are free to bark to their little hearts content, but inside, everyone is resting, and listening to their classical music. No one likes an obnoxious neighbor right? :)
